Essential (R499/mo): hosting, SSL, backups, security monitoring, uptime monitoring, and 1 hour of content changes. Growth (R999/mo): adds 3 hours of changes, monthly performance report, and on-page SEO adjustments. Pro (R2,499/mo): adds 8 hours of changes, quarterly strategy call, A/B testing, and 24h priority support.
It's strongly recommended. Care plans cover hosting, SSL, security patches, and backups — without one, your site could go offline or become vulnerable. Most clients start on Essential Care (R499/mo) and upgrade as they grow.
Yes. You can upgrade your website package or care plan at any time, and we'll credit what you've already paid toward the new package.
Yes. We're based in South Africa but serve clients worldwide. We can provide quotes in USD or EUR upon request.
All website packages include free support for the first month. After that, you can choose a care plan or pay for individual changes as needed. Growth and Pro care plans include a set number of change hours each month.
